We get it so seldom here, and the Council is never prepared. Last year one bin of grit went in the first cold spell, and then the Council NEVER replenished it. NOT good when you live on a steep hill and it freezes solid . . .

I cannot believe that woman turning down your offer to teach her to cook - well, sadly I can I suppose. There are just some folk too stupid to see what is best for them, and a real skill and money-saver and something which is satisfying and enjoyable. Her loss I suppose . . .

As for fast food - well, no temptation there for us . . .Bovey Bellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13117332471600275100noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5947599876960559348.post-60375599899848266172010-11-11T06:19:15.558-06:002010-11-11T06:19:15.558-06:00Good luck with the flea issue!

LOL

As long as the pantry is stocked I like to be stuck at home.

I don't understand the big draw with fast food. It doesn't taste good and it costs a small fortune. We were out running errands all day a few months ago and stopped at a burger king. Lunch for the 4 of us was learly $30! Thats almost a weeks worth of groceries.

I don't doubt that the "food" in fast food is not real. It doesn't even taste like it.Loriehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08627658822705830258noreply@blogger.com
