How to dry a cat

Just for laughs, this is one of my cats, her name is Madison, Maddy for short, and this is where she decided to lay while I was cooking dinner  tonight.  If this is too gross for prudy's then don't look, cause its a cat on the counter.

  1. I love it! If we invite someone to eat with us who hasn't known us forever, I always warn them that we have cats with "no boundaries."
Its not that we exactly encourage cats to be on the counters or the table, but there they are and we likely get tired of shooing them off.

  2. She sure looks comfy. I was wondering if you were going to show some new technique for drying a cat.

They know where to hang out when things are going on in the kitchen. Tork hangs out walking around my ankles, or lying on the floor making a grab for my feet as I pass. She's definitely right there once she knows I'm preparing food. :-)

  3. Cat lovers will appreciate this picture. I like them, but outside....sorry.

Over at Chickens In the Road, I see Suzanne has cats all over her kitchen and quite often on the counter top.

It sure is a pretty cat. Reminds me of DH's Garfied (who is no longer with us).

  4. Cat hair = fiber and we all know we are deficient in fiber in this country.

  5. We used to have a Maine Coone who was often to be found lounging in the bath or the sink! Maddy has STYLE!
